The Heart of Illinois Port District (TransPORT) will hold regular business meeting of the Board of Directors on the fourth Thursday of every month at 1:30 pm in the Heartland Partnership Board Room, 100 SW Water Street, Peoria, IL 61602, unless otherwise designated.
